Barbara, I was trying to locate installation mateiral on my Lexmark 3200 when I decided to get experimental. I had the disk for the Lexmark Z11 and the instructions. I inserted the disk into my computer and I found out that it works and my Lexmark 3200 is now printing fine. Just follow the instructions for installing Lexmark Z11. The only differences which I have found is the paper feeder. Put the little miniature shelf up. Push a bar thing (which is about the third of the size of the pull up shelf) all the way to the left. Insert the paper in front of the pull up shelf. Put in roughly 50 to 100 pages. I am sure less probably works but I put in what the instructions said in the Z11 instruction book. When I installed mine, it said I needed a driver for the 3200 so I went to www.lexmark.com and went to the section which said free driver downloads. I put the model which was Lexmark 3200 Color Jet Printer in the blank slot. It said the CJ3932 Driver and so I down loaded it.
I next ran a test page and it worked fine. I hope this helps you. Betty
