I'm going to perform the colon cleansing procedure in the very near future and need some advice to get the right product for this purpose.

I'm searching for something natural that has minimal side effects, if any.

Right now I have noted down only one possible candidate - Bowtrol. I've found some good feedback about it on other forums but I need to be double sure before using it by myself.

Here's one of the many colon cleansing product reports about Bowtrol (if you don't know what I'm talking about).
