here is a message I found from last year. I am trying it because I have the same problem as you. Hope it will work for both of us.

I learned on this site that I am not the only one who has had troubles getting a Jam Cam 3.0 working on Windows XP. I finally went on a crusade and had success finding XP update software and working drivers.
I will also upload to this site as it was most helpful for me to hear form others having lack of support problem with manufacturer. Seems as though they may have gone under. It is possible that the XP update ssoftware that was on their site before going down worked, but can only use R2 or max resolution, which is 8 pictures without MMC card. 254 with 64mb card.
I have been trying for months to get working. Finally. I will download all software but Jcam_App_Update.exe and Jcam_XP_Update.exe are the ones that worked for me. You must have original software which was fairly easy to find online. I will have to upload that at another time or if someone emails me for it.
