I can not figure out why I can not get my USB Smart Media Card reader to work. It is supposed to use the standard drivers which come with Windows 2000. When I reboot my computer, I get a popup which says that it found a new Unknown device. I am sure this is supposed to use the USB mass Storage Driver. I have an issue on my computer somewhere but I don't know how to fix. Any troubleshooting tips would be helpful. Note: I used to be able to hook up my camera directly to the usb port and it worked fine.
