I'm not sure if you have resolved this issue yet but since I had a bit of trouble with the same issue I thought I would respond anyway.

The missing PCI driver can be resolved by running the Power Management inf setup found on the Asus MB CDROM

Instability in the system is caused by Asus's shitty onboard audio. The system will BSOD with errors similar to the following:

Resolve this issue by removing the audio drivers and disabling the onboard audio. If you need sound use a PCI card -- Trust me!

P.S. Asus doesn't have a clue because they are idiots!

I used to be a DieHard Asus customer until I purchased this piece of crap!

: : I have been having a problem with a new system I built, win2k, 2-amd mp 1900+, 1gb ram ecc, 39160, loaded machine, asus has no clue but from square one i have a yellow estion mark flagged in device mgr as other pci bridge driver missing any help or ideas are greatly appreciated the system acts flakey sometimes and locks.... Thanks, Roland
