Hi ,

I appreciate the tutorils provided on Device drivers.

I have a question in my new project. Can u help me finding out the solution plz.

We are developing an application to program a eeprom chip to change its some of parameteres in the field.

typically this eeprom communicates only on I2C bus , and for this we need to develop a hardware interface
which maintains the I2C BUS using 74LS05 hex inverter.

this hardware is running between PC parellel port to my target application.

Now our problem , we have to write DEVICE DRIVERS for this hardware. could you give us an idea how to go about it, is this driver avialable in microsoft website or any other so that we can down load.

or COULD U KINDLY HELP US HOW TO START WRITING DRIVERS FOR THIS.we know what is driver but we need to know how to write the driver for hardware.

thanks for ur time on me..

i would be grateful to you if u could send email to me on chris_r_kana@techie.com

thank u

chris
