Hi all

have you tryed the driver for Mustek's MDC 3000 as this is the same camera. Goodmans 3116 TFT uses its drivers but under a different name.
Do not uninstall the Goodmans ones, just install the Muskek ones over the top.
also if this does not work remove the "Mounter" from the "RUN" PROGRAMS so is does not auto-run when windows starts, this will stop the mounter poping up in the systen tray when you plug the camera in and turn it on, the mounter lest you use explorer to view the camera pictures
