Details like CPU speed/frequency, Led setting, device disable/enable jumpers, usually stamped on the motherboard. Just take a close look, but having printed manual is always the best way.

You have to connect the power on button from PC case to the motherboard, right. So search for group of about 12 pins with short abbs above like RST, SPK, POW, HDD. And there is always the same abb printed on ATX case cabes. So look for the suitable cable and motherboard connectector to plug (+ or - is not important for power on cable).

You know what, get the manual ;)
