Do I need update some driver to fix this problem?

My problem is: Everytime I turn on my computer The date and the time in windows change one or two days after or before. The time change from AM to PM and vice versa.

I have this problem since I upgrade my computer from win95 to win98SE.

I thought the problem was related with the BIOS of my Toshiba TECRA 8000. But, I updated it and the laptop still bad working.

Please, help me! I know that my message in not related a lot with the topics of this forum but many times I have fixed my computer following the steps you describe in this website.

Thank you.
