: I recently updated to XP with my toshiba notebook. I too do not see the Bay swap Utility icon in the task bar. Is there a XP driver for it or what?

Im in the same situation! But according to similar post (for win 2000) I think there is no need to install any new driver. This "Safety Remove Hardware" (grean arrow with sth. white in background on taskbar) for me works OK!

sorry for my english :)
