This didn't work for me.... my file already is msrle32 and I am getting the error message saying to contact the manufacturer for an updated driver.
Any other suggestions??

: Instructions to correct this error:
: In Notepad, open system.ini ( which is found in the Windows directory. )
: >From the main menu in Notepad, select Search | Find.
: In the "Find What" field, enter "drivers32" and press the [ Find Next ] button.
: In the [drivers32] sedtion look for this entry:
: Change this entry to read :
: Then from the File menu in Notepad, select: Save.
: Then exit Notepad.
: This change will allow the video decompression component to be found and activated on demand.
