Hello - If you sill have this problem... I found this in another forum it seemed to work for me - apparently is an aol instant messenger problem:

click on (start) then (run) then type (msconfig) then (ok). This will pop the msconfig menu screen. Select the (startup) tab and take the check mark out of the AIM name location. Click on (apply) and (ok). This will want you to restart your computer. When it restarts you will get a box that asks you about changes made in the start files. Select the option not to show the next time you reboot. This should work and fix the problem for windows 98 and windows ME users.

or

Make sure AOL Instant Messenger is still uninstalled. Click on Start>Run, type in Regedit, click OK, Click on the + sign beside HKEY_Local_Machine, then Software, then Microsoft, then Windows, then Current Version, click on RUN. On the left you will see a list of services, right click on AIM or AOL Instant Messenger and DELETE. Once removed from the Registry it should no longer make the call to the missing DLL file.
