: : Hi,
: : I am getting this problem when i run the application related to Enhanced USB Host Controller card with its associated drivers properly loaded.
: : How can I fix this problem.. If anyone could help, it would be fine. I have tried in several ways to avert this. My system has also a NIC card located adjacent to this EHCI card.please respond at above email..

: : thanx

: I disabled the onboard soundcard on my Epox 8KHA+ motherboard and then my computer worked fine. I will reinstall my computer today and will get back with more info if I find any more stuff that makes the computer bluescreen in XP.

I downloaded the latest driver from VIA for the AC97 onboard sound chip. I haven't had a problem after the driver upgrade. Like somebody said, its not a hardware problem. Try to look att the properties on the SYS file that the error message displays to see the vendor for the driver. Then download it and upgrade.
