It is not compatible with XP There are no drivers that I know of. I called HP and they wanted me to pay $25 to walk me through how to fix it. I am now using an Image Mate Scan Disc.You put the card in the disc and then load the pictures to the computer. It stinks, I also cannot use Creator CD 4 to burn discs.
