depending on the output from the recorder you may need an adapter or two, you need to end up with a small stereo mini-jack to plug into your sound cards line in channel. You can get things like a DIN to 6.5 mm jack lead(if your tape output is a DIN) then a reducer for the mini, like wise if your'e recorder's a bit more modern you may have two RCA type(hi-fi)plugs, again a straight converter is available to a mini jack.
Go have a word with the lads in Tandy, they'll sort you out for a few quid.
Dont forget you will need a software recorder on your PC to record the line in signal before burning it to disc.
