This is the vxd responsible for driving your network protocols, suggest deleting and re-installing network adaptors\dial up adapters and then any other associated progs. ndis.vxd, must be loaded at start up by the registry there are no system calls for it. Before anything repair your IE by choosing add\remove and when you hit ok there will be three options, not just remove.
