first of all DOS doesn't allow commanding of motor speeds, it uses a mode called Monitor Mode to do that and the only people who have access to the Mon Mode are the developers. DOS doesn't allow you to change those settings becuase if it did you can have serious issues from doing so. The only access to DOS is threw User Mode, which is where you can buid drivers and access to them. You cannot directly access any motor speeds though. DOS is very limited in what you can program for it to do too, if your serious about trying to hack into or open up the Monitor mode, or trying to build a device driver or a software prog to access drivers i highly recommend you making a small program in C++ for DOS shells.
