Hey well there could be a few things.. it could be that u have a virus .... or that your hard drive has errors on its registry... or that your hard drive has many phsycical errors written on it... there could be alot of things.. but mostly likely its because your hard drive has errors on it.... umm theres not really a way to correct it if thats the case... because your hard drive might have errors on it.. it has trouble reading some parts of hard drive and that part of the hard drive that file might be there.. and if it cant read it... it cant load windows.... its most likely u need a new hard drive... reinstalling wont work cause the errors are pretty much permanent on your hard drive... so umm drop me an email if u can be a lil more specific.... like does your hard drive sort of lag when starting windows or... does it just pop up with that.... ( when i had this problem my comp would take 8 mins. to start and then it would pop up with that because i had so many errors on it) drop me an email allrighty :o)
