I have just purchased D-Link Network Adapter (DFE-690TXD).
I tried installing it on my IBM Thinkpad 570 running
Windows NT but the system still doesn't detect the
PCMCIA card. Have anyone out there try installing
this particular PCMCIA on an IBM 570 thinkpad? Could
you please share you procedures? What interrupt level,
IRQ and memory did you select?

This is what I did:
* Insert the card into the PCMCIA slot.
* Boot the machine.
* The Card Wizard prompts indicating that it doesn't
recognize the card and to press the "CORRECT" button.
* On the Network window, select "Adapter" and install
the device driver. I reassign the new adapter to
the TCP/IP and rebind.
* Reboot.
* The Card Wizard prompts indicating that it doesn't
recognize the card.
