Error upon boot with new Acer WarpLink card: driver issue?

Upon replacing my old Diamond SupraExpress 56i ISA modem with an Acer WarpLink wireless network card (ISA), Windows 2000 Pro churns out the following error code. This blue screen-type error comes up whilst booting.

"NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS 0x35"

All I have done is replace the old ISA modem with a wireless network card, didn't even get around to installing the drivers. Is this a driver issue? If not, then what can I do to make my machine boot with the new card?

Chris
