How to install the PCMCIA CARD in a Windows 2000 (...& Win XP) system

1. Insert the PCMCIA CARD into PCMCIA socket, system will show a message
"Found New Hardware PC PCMCIA CARD_Ethernet NE2000_Compatible".
2. System will display a window "Found New Hardware Wizard".
3. Click the "Next",
4. Then a new screen will appear and ask "What do you want the Wizard to do?"
Choose "Display a list of the known drivers for this device so that I can

5. Then a Hardware List screen will appear.
6. Select the "Network adapter"
7. Then click the ˇ§Nextˇ¨
8. A "Select Network Adapter" screen will appear

11.The "Found New Hardware Wizard" will
Show "This device cannot start {code 10}" , ignore it and
12.Click "Finish".
13.Double click the "NE2000 Compatible".
The "NE2000 Compatible Properties" appears,
14.Choose "Resources".
15.Click "Set Configuration Manually"
16.Disable the "Use Automates Setting"
17.Mark the "Interrupt Request" or "Input / Output Range"
18.Then click "Use Change Setting"
To choose a value which No devices are conflicted.
