Don't have linux drivers, but Gateway has drivers for NT4 and 98. Wow. I need win2000 drivers.

I have this nice little PII-300 ultralite laptop (the solo 3150) and it has a 3c555. I have win2000 all working except for the damn 3c555. There's no win2000 driver. The nt4 driver works but then you can't standby or hibernate the thing.

Any ideas ?

: I have a Micron TransPort NX laptop, with the docking station. the docking station includes a builtin ethernet card: 3c555 mini pci type 1b lan card.
: This card is OEM, so 3com doesn't support it, the laptop was outsourced to Chicony, so Micron doesn't support it, and Chicony was less than helpful when I contacted them.
: What I'm asking is, does anyone have any technical info about the card/has anyone ever written a driver for it? I'm trying to get it to work on linux, and don't no where to start.
: thanks.
