Actually, I uploaded the driver to driverguide, not driverforum. I used the link on driverforum's page. You can go directly there at this link:

Good luck,

Jerry

: I got the drivers from customer support and that corrected the problem. Apparently the Win 98 SE drivers don't work. I'll try to upload them to this sight. Customer support was at http://www.tci.@home.com/support/ and the file they sent me is home132.exe which I will try to upload to this forum. It works for the @Home USB-Ethernet Adapter and Windows 98 second edition.

: : My @Home USB-Ethernet Adapter hasn't worked since I installed Win 98 second edition - I guess the driver from the Win 98 SE CD doesn't seem to work, or I've messed up setting somewhere. Also, the PC light on my Motorola cable modem doesn't light anymore. The other lights are OK. In the control panel, system properties, device manager, network adapters, there's a yellow exclamation mark next to the
: : @Home USB-Ethernet Adapter. The device status says: The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the file (ndis.VXD, ntkern.VXD, ndis.VXD) that loads the drivers for the device (code 8.)
: : To fix this problem run Windows Setup again using your Windows CD-Rom. When I try to do that, I get a general installer error at one point, message SU99405 Updatelnis=processing error. (0x195).

: : Anyway, maybe the Win 98 SE driver is causing the problem because it worked before with the first edition of Win 98. I have the @Home install CD but it's a year and a half old now, so it's probably not the most up to date. I'm not sure where the drivers are on it and since the device is plug and play, everytime I plug it in, Windows automatically installs the drivers it thinks should work. Maybe there's a new driver from @Home, but I don't know where to find it.

: : Any ideas?
