All attempts to rewrite the drivers INF file have failed. The WinNT SpeedStream drivers use the NDIS3 protocol, which is nto supported by Windows 2000. This makes the actual driver incompatable with Windows 2000.

As far as the TNI number goes, some areas support BOTH PPP and bridged networking. I have found no one else who has been able to make those drivers work with a Bridged only network. If you have suceeded, you are the first.... Please post the procedure!

On another note, the Bridged drivers are now in BETA. I have not yet been able to obtain a copy, but I have not tried in a while. Call PacBell Tech Support and ask to be added to the BETA program and see what they say...

: : I got my PacBell DSL modem to work in 2000 using the driver mentioned. All I did was install it and then copy the TNI XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX number that was in the dial up connection when I was still using Win98.

: Can you please elaborate on this? Where exactly did you copy the number and then where did you paste it?
