Hi, i have a winbond w89c905f card and need both a win9x driver and a linux driver (mandrake 7.0 and freebsd/openbsd), tried the winbond site at but the win9x drivers don't identify the nic as 10baseT but rather as an IR transceiver (for some reason)... need a generic driver that will allow the nic to be recognised and function, any ideas?

: Thanks

: : Hi there. I've got a 486 running Linux and I looking forward to set it up as a Samba server. The problem is, my ethernet card is a Winbond W89C905F and I don't know if it's supported under Linux. Maybe someone knows where I can find a kernel module or card settings info to fix the problem. Any idea?
