: 3c905c ndis2 driver inoperable for mnc 3.0 network boot disk

: I have a 3c905b ndis2 network boot disk and copied the el90x.dos and el90xids.nif over to the a:\net directory from the 3c905c disk02\ndis2\dos directory supplied from 3com at the following url: http://support.3com.com/infodeli/tools/nic/3c905c.htm
: and i get the following errors:
: ERROR: Netwrok adapter not found or not responding.
: ERROR: Initialization failure. Driver will not be installed. Press an key to continue... but the n/w bootdisk will still work with the 3c905b nics in other systems? Any suggestions or has anyone been successful with creating this boot disk?

I have same problem, the NETBIND statement hangs with the new driver. I will let you know if I find a solution.
