Mine has the second string of numbers. It's an ISA network card. I've no idea who the manufacturer is, but I need drivers.

Also on the card is:
YCL 16PT-0058
YCL 20F00IN 9825GX
YCL DC-101 5V->9V 9802 D

Any ideas about this card?
