: I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY NIC CARD. I FIXED IT WITH IN A FEW SECOUNDS BY CHECKING THE IRQ CONFIGURATION TO MAKE SURE IT DIDNT CONFLICT. GO INTO CONTROL PANEL. CLICK ON SYSTEM, THEN GO TO THE DEVICE MANAGER. GET INTO THE NETWORK ADAPTERS AND CLICK INTO THE RESOURCE TAB. IN THAT TAB UNCLICK THE "USE AUTOMATIC SETTINGS" AND HIGH-LIGHT THE "INTERRUPT REQUSET" IN THE RESOURCE SETTINGS. ONCE THATS HIGH-LIGHTED CLICK ON THE "CHANGE SETTINGS" NOW YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE VALUE UNTIL IT TELLS YOU YOU HAVE NO CONFLICTS. DOING THIS YOU SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS AFTER YOU REBOOT.
