: look for this page http://www.mri.co.uk/tech-support/driver-lists/modems-nt4.htm and then search this two models (1456PCI-P (conexant HSF SN 949-xxxxx) XP.zip and 1456PCI-P (conexant HSF SN 022-xxxx 2x ports) XP.zip the conexant modem can support any generic driver like this just try both and see what of this two driver gives you the best solucion for your modem
