Hey folks, I just figured out how to make the modem connect at full. When you buy your Viao GR370, it has the hard drive partitioned with C and D drives. When you run a System Recovery with recovery cd's included, you have an option to partition it with just a C drive (using 100% of the hard drive)I did this and for some reason I now get a a 52 kbps connection. I don't understand why but, I am. XP is tricky. I see the MS Windows XP update site has a patch for this problem, does it work?
