THIS REALLY STINKS!!!!!! I just paid a lot of money for a slim laptop and the modem is crap. I thought Sony delivered better products than that but now I know. I'm going to call their technical support and demand a new modem. If that doesn't work, I'll tell them where they can stick their VAIO.
