Hi,

I have a computer with Windows 2000 OS.
I used to use Win98 and also Bitware with it. I was using it as an answering machine capable of receiving voice messages and faxes.
After upgrading to Windows 2000, I had to upgrade to Bitware 3.30. And I have also downloaded and installed the new driver for "3472 OEM modem" from your site.

But there is a problem. When a call comes, bitware attempts to answer, but just cannot play greeting and hangs up. The error is "Error returned from sound driver"

The sound driver is "Unimodem half duplex audio device" from Microsoft. Driver date is 26.01.1999.File version is 5.00.2189.1

Can you please help me to solve this problem?
