I got this driver to work in winxp.
When you run the .exe it will extract 3 files.
Plug in your mp3 player to the USB port and reboot your system.
WinXP will detect a new device attached to the computer (there should be a flashing icon in your task tray).
Choose to install the driver from the location you specify yourself.
Point it to the place you extracted the files from the .exe you downloaded from the website above.
Then install the MP3Manager from the CD that came with your mp3 player (this should be d:\Mp3Manager\setup.exe)
IMPORTANT: don't overwrite the new driver you installed with the one on the cd. ONLY install the Mp3Manager software.
then reboot and it should work.
the site says it works for For Windows98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows xp, so it may work for others also. I've gotten it to work on winxp so if you follow the instructions above it should work.
