Your problem is that you once have installed the Antivirus software AVG. This software has a bug under uninstall, so that the file avgxch32.dll isnīt unregistred in the windows registry.

Do like this to solve the problem:

1. Start the Windows Registry

2. Go to the key

3. Delete all rows in here that somewhere has the text avgxch32.dll in it. (Probably only one row).
