Spectra Merchandising International, Inc. continues to invest considerable resources in quality control both at the point of manufacture and at our Chicago distribution facility. We are proud of the high standards we maintain and assure you of our continued after sales support.

Warranty by product category varies:

Audio Products 90 Days
Youthtronics 1 Year
Televisions 90 Days
Calculators 90 Days
Digital Cameras 90 Days

Samples of our warranties are available on request

It is very important to mail in the warranty card enclosed with the product(s) within 15 days of receipt.
If you think your product is not working correctly, we suggest you call our Customer Service Representative first before returning it. Often we can solve the problem over the phone. Contact the Customer Service help line at: 1-800-777-5331 Monday-Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Central Time.

In Warranty Service
If you have mailed in your warranty card and it is within the warranty period, return the product to the address shown below with a letter stating: your name, address, model number and a brief description of the problem. Also include the approximate length of time you have had the product or a copy of your receipt. It is your responsibility to pay the postage/freight to Spectra Merchandising International, Inc., and we will pay the postage to return back to you the repaired or replaced unit.

Note: When returning your product please remove the batteries to prevent damage to the unit in transit and/or possible battery leakage. We are not responsible for batteries returned with the product or for the cost of battery replacement.

Out of Warranty Service
Your product can be serviced by skilled technicians in our Chicago facility. The out of warranty service charge varies by model and is stated on the portion of the warranty card which you should have retained.
