I have Windows 98 Second Edition, a Soundblaster AWE 62 card and a Logitech QuickCam with built in microphone (USB).

My problem is that the AWE 64 Wavetable MIDI and the USB Microphone wants to use the same drivers and that means that only one of the items will work at the same time and the other will have an exclamation mark in the Device Manager.

If I update the drivers for the soundcard then the MIDI will work but the microphone will have an exclamation mark. And when looking at which driver the microphone uses then I see that it uses the MIDI-drivers and because of that it does not work.

And when updating the microphone drivers the microphone will work but then the same problem occurs with the MIDI. It tries to use the Logitech drivers and does not work.

I also use Windows 2000 on another partition and there I have no problem.

Someone who know what to do?
