There is a utility called phdisk. Alot of the same stuff on it as there is on a startupdisk, but it also has some files used for the phoenix bios. If you look at fdisk, you will see that you have two hard drives, and they are non-dos. I fought thru mine yesterday, but i am back online today. (Running win95 also... ancient or not, runs fast as heck on the old 911!)
email me direct if you want that floppy image.

: I tried to reformat my hard drive for my laptop and I am at an impasse. While in DOS, during startup of windows 95 (I know, ancient), I get a mesg saying:

: "No drives are attached, or drives are powered down. The device driver is not installed."

: What does this mean? What can I do? I have a MegaImage MegaBook 911. How ironic. This is one major 911.
