I have windows 98 on my computer. Recently whenever I try to access any files or applications in the control panel or any system files, it gives me an error that "C:\windows\rundll32.exe (or one of its components is missing). Please check the path or libraries."
I cant access any applications on the control panel or make any changes in properties etc. What should I do ?
