hello ,
My pc was affected with a boot sector virus with the name Polyboot-b* and in the process of deleting it i ran fdisk /mbr a number of times and each time on restarting, the Anti virus would detect it again ...... now this happened for 5-6 times after which the BIOS now cannot detect the hard disk ...... try what ever I may but the BIOS is not able to detect the hard disk ............. can anybody suggest a work around for this .....

NOTE: I have tried a few optons like the PC cillin rescue disk and tomsrtbt rescue disk and Seagate disk wizard but the result is BIOS still cannot identify the hard disk .......
