Hello,
No ME has no support for the /s switch but you can use an earlier version of windows to transfer the three needed files to the drive, make sure the disk contains IO.sys MSDOS.sys and Command.com, boot to it and at the A:> prompt type sys A:C:, the files will be copied and the drive is bootable.If you dont have an earlier boot disk go to www.fixwindows.com and follow your nose.
