I would like to install an old harddrive (an IBM DCAA-33610) on my new
computer running MS Windows 2000. There are three partitions on the old
drive containing lots of important documents, so I really want it to work.

Iīve tried to install it myself; when the computer boots up it finds the new
harddrive, but when itīs done booting and I see the desktop the computer
just suddenly shuts down and starts to boot up again.

When it shuts down I get a blue screen where it says that it is dumping
something (I havenīt been able to read all the text yet though..).

Does anybody know what could be wrong (except my bad english : ))?
Is the harddrive not compatible with my new computer?? Iīve tried with an
even older harddrive and It worked perfectly.

Please help!

/Mathias
