For some reason your PC is not seeing any OS on your drive, if it was a drive error it would say 'non system disk'.
Try booting to a floppy and at the A:> type C: and press return, this will allow you to log to drive C:, you should get a C: prompt, if not then you need to run Fdisk as you have no primary partition, if you do get to C: type dir/p and press return this will show you a list of files and directories on the drive(the /p stops it scrolling to the end, press any key for more)
if you have a Windows directory try this.
Type A: to log back to the floppy then type sys A: C: press return, this will repair or replace the three files needed to boot your PC, take the floppy out and reboot, if nothing then you need to re-install Windows.
