Sorry but this sounds odd, you've got a hidden partition but you can see it, it doesn't have a drive letter but has been formatted FAT (16)32k cluster size, what OS have you been running and have you had a lot of bad clusters flagged recently,its unlikely there's data on it, drives do have a hidden section that contains clusters which are those used to replace (by re-direction) the bad ones found by scandisk, naturally you cant access them as they are for the HDD to use.
How does the CHS values of PM6 inquiry stack up to the installable limits of the drive, if they are the same then you should leave this little partiton alone you could disrupt system files or other key areas on your drive.
