You can fix corrupt LILO using fdisk /mbr command. This would restore previous MBR setting deleting multiboot.

If this wouldn't help the last thing to try is Disk Editor. You can clean MBR properly leaving no remains of your previous installations (and all the data on the HDD).

This is NOT a good idea moving partitions with existing OS on it. Create correct partition structure then install everything from a scratch
