check out davesbootmaster.com. I had a similar arrangement on my puter. 40gb w/XP and 10gb w/98SE
there is a toggle switch involved. flip switch to 98se and turn on power, or flip switch to xp.depending on which way. the computer bootes on the selected hdd. It's like 2 computers in 1.
