As you are in business re-installing windows to a drive showing multiple bad clusters is asking for failure, you may not be able to afford a new drive now but then you cant afford not to. You can run scandisk in surface mode which will mark the bad clusters so that Windows will ignore them, big problem! half the time clusters that are on the border line are marked good when actually bad, therefore more data loss and disruption is almost certain, like I said, buy a new drive, you'll regret it otherwise.
