I chatted with a Gateway tech abount my problem (see below) and the answer he gave I pasted into the subject. I have an average knowledge of computers and simply need to know where the jumper is located on the hard drive and which position to set it to. Thanks
PROBLEM
Drive letter D (formerly DVD-Rom) has been replaced with secondary hard drive (now D:) and I need to get my CD back. Have Restoration CD, but not much help without drive.
