Before you go any further, remove Nuts and Bolts and ignore all advice given by it. It causes more problems than it fixes, you may find removal of this interference suite will stabilise your PC once more. Following that with the errors you are geting, update to or repair your installation of Internet Explorer 6, run scandisc(thourough) and then free up as much HDD space as possible, then defrag.
See how things go, there is a doubt about RAM reliability but you can soon replace it if you still have problems.
Finally Re-installing the OS every 12 months is really a necessary evil, start with a clean drive and install from scratch.
