I just finished fixing one. You need to get a windows 98 startup disk, boot it up with it so you are at the dos prompt. Then format your hard drive. then find a windows 98 cd and reinstall windows 98. Then you need to download 4 disks from http://www.sis.com/support/driver/5598old.htm. I don't recommend downloading the new ones, they have an issue that didn't work for me. After you download them onto a floppy or directly from the site, you run the program and that is how you get your video drivers. tada. you are done.
