BIOS recognizes both drives completely - everything is correct for both drives - full capacity.
The Maxtor (old drive) was setup originally using MaxBlast. The Seagate (new drive) was setup using Seagate's install program. Both have the same copy of Windows 98SE on them. I am thinking that is the problem - do I have to delete the Windows system files off the old drive before it can be used as a slave?
